Existing basement/cellar

This property had a very small coal cellar with low head height.

Design brief:

To increase the depth and extend the existing cellar to cover around three quarters of the existing property, which would create a basement with a footprint of around 60m2. Construction of one light well to the front of the property to match the existing Victorian exterior.

Space created:

Large Media / playroom, large utility room, storeroom, plant room and bespoke wine store.
