Existing basement?

The property had a very small cellar which was the original coal chute.

Design brief:

Creation of a basement under the front two reception rooms giving a new living area of around 55m2. This included the construction of one light well to the front aspect, which mirrored the bay on the ground floor.

Space created:

Large media / playroom, bathroom, store room and large utility.
