Existing basement?

The property had large cellar under the front two reception rooms with a low head height.

Design brief:

Creation of a basement under the front two reception rooms plus a few meters under the rear section of property creating a basement of 53m2. Construction of one light well to the front of the property to match the existing Victorian exterior.

This project was undertaken whilst we were also construction a basement next door for the neighbour's. This not only saved them both money but saved them and the other neighbour's living through the commotion twice!

Large media room / playroom, storeroom, bathroom, store cupboards, and utility room.
