Existing basement?

The property had a low head height basement under part of the property already.

Design brief:

To increase the depth and extend the existing basement to cover the full footprint of the existing property, which had a footprint of around 116m2. Construction of two light wells, one to the front of the property to match the existing Victorian exterior and one large one to the rear with double doors and steps leading to the garden.

Large media/ Playroom, Bedroom, Office, utility, Bathroom and storeroom / plant room.
