Existing basement?

The property had a very small cellar running under the ground floor hallway.

Design brief:

Creation of a basement under the entire footprint of the property, which was around 75m2. Construction of two light wells, one to the front of the property to match the existing Victorian exterior and one small one to the rear.

Space created:

Large media room / playroom, Bedroom, Bathroom, store cupboards, and utility room.

Duration:

16 Weeks (construction) - 14 weeks (fit-out)
