Existing basement?

The property had very small original coal cellar.

Design brief:

Creation of a basement to the full footprint of the existing property, which had a footprint of around 84m2. Construction of two light wells, one to the front of the property to match the existing Victorian exterior and one full width one to the rear.

Space created:

Large media/ Playroom, Bathroom, utility, storage and bedroom.
